| Die Domäne "Château la Chassagne" gehört zur
Ortschaft Pont de Pany, und liegt ungefähr 15 km westlich von Dijon mit
eigenem Autobahnanschluss (A38 Dijon-Paris). |

| "Château la Chassagne" wurde als Jagdschloß um 1830
zusammen mit dem Canal de Bourgogne erbaut. Das Objekt liegt oberhalb des
Kanals, am Eingang zum Tal der Ouche, einem beliebten Ausflugsziel der Region.
Das Haus ist umfassend restauriert und mit modernster Technik ausgestattet,
sodass es sich heute im 4-Sterne de-Luxe-Standard präsentiert. Es dient zur
Zeit als Firmensitz und als Treffpunkthotel. Das Schloß verfügt über
ein Bistro, zwei Restaurants sowie einen Jagdsalon und hält luxuriöse
Zimmer und Suiten für 24 Gäste bereit. Hinzukommen die entsprechenden
Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsräume, sodass sich insgesamt eine Wohnfläche
von ca. 1350 m² und eine Nutzfläche von rund 900 m² ergibt. |

"Chateau la Chassagne" was built as a hunting lodge in 1830
at the same period that the "Canal de Bourgogne" was created. It is
set at the entry of the valley Ouche, a very popular destination for trippers.
The house was fully renovated and equipped with the newest technology in 1991 so
today it is presented in the 4 stars standard. Currently it is used as a company
headquarters and as a hotel for meetings. The chateau contains a bistro, two
restaurants and a hunting lodge and offers luxury rooms and suites for 24
guests. Additionaly the chateau owns particular rooms for meetings and
management issues so there is a living area of 1350 m² and a usable floor
space of 900 m² available. |
| Umgeben wird das ehemalige Jagdschloß von 400.000 m² Parkanlagen
mit exotischem Baumbestand, Privatflugplatz (Landebahn 800m), einem Weinberg und
Küferei, Golf-Driving-Range (Par 3), Tennishartplatz, großzügiger
Schwimmbadanlage mit 2 beheizten Freibädern und Gegenstromanlage, Poolhaus
mit Fitneß-Center, Sauna etc., weitläufigem Freizeitareal mit
Gartenschach und überdachtem Barbecueplatz, rund 12.000 m² Gehege mit
Damwild, Pfauen und Fasanen, eingetragenes Jagdrecht, Schloßkapelle, vier
Nebengebäuden (Hausmeisterwohnung, Garagen, Kutscherhaus). |

It is surrounded by 400,000 m² of grounds, a private airfield
(runway 800 m), a vineyard, a golf-driving-range (Par 3), a tennis court, two
heated swimming pools, a pool house including a fitness centre, saune, etc., an
area for your leisure time with a garden and a covered barbecue place, about
12,000 m² reserve with game, pheasants and hares registered right to hunt,
a château chapel and four outbuildings (caretaker's house, garages). |
